Potential Cytotoxic Activity of Methanol Extract, Ethyl Acetate, and n-Hexane Fraction from Clitoria ternatea L. on MCF-7 Breast Cancer Cell Line and Molecular Docking Study to P53

Breast cancer is a condition where the cells in breast tissue lose control and multiply uncontrollably. In this study, MCF-7 were tested for cytotoxic activity using MTT assay active compound's interaction with p53 protein was silico. The most fraction found to be ethyl acetate fraction, an IC50 value of 1.730 μg/mL selectivity index 2.485. However, less than 3, Vero showed changes morphology addition fraction. GC-MS used identify 19 compounds in-silico tests performed on 5 potential anticancer compounds. Lipinski's Rule Five test that only 3 these could undergo molecular docking. results indicated Anethole compound can interact protein, while Cinnamaldehyde, (E)- p21 protein.
